a GREAT stay in mallorca

helpful staffexcellent breakfastloud bars

the rooms were nice and air conditioning worked well. i found the staff friendly and helpful always. breakfast was excellent with a great variety. the cleanliness of the room was exemplary.

the evening entertainment was sometimes too LOUD from nearby bars. it was difficult to sleep before midnight. i wish they had better soundproofing.

the hotel provide lock-ups for bikes and this was really useful for exploring the area. i noticed it was possible to get bikes in the lifts, which was a very practical solution for guests with cycling equipment. staff were very helpful.

the hotel location allows easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. i appreciated how close it was to the beach front. nearby bike rental shops made it EASY to explore the local cycling routes, that was awesome.

I enjoyed the location near the beach and shops. My room had a great balcony and sea view. The buffet offered many choices for breakfast and dinner. The staff was always friendly and helpful .

The air conditioning wasn't great. It was definitely noticeable, but it didn't ruin the vacation.

the rooms were spacious and very clean i found the location especially convenient for cyclists a bike garage was available. friendly and helpful staff contributed to a positive experience i noted good food options.

the food selection seemed quite limited i thought it could get repetitive pancakes and pizza were served every day. the all-inclusive drinks were overly sweet i found them not particularly enjoyable. no irons were available despite asking daily.

I found the hotel staff very helpful. the pool and bar areas were clean plus well-decorated. i especially enjoyed the tasty included breakfastwith a huge variety of options. i also appreciated the electric kettle and tea in the hotel room. It added a touch of home.

the sunbeds were claimed early, i noticed queues for the bar were sometimes long, especially during peak hours. this made it difficult to find a spot and get served quickly
