large pool convenient wristbands recycled food poor cocktails
The pool was large (it seemed big enough for everyone). The breakfast was great with many options available. I found the electric kettle and tea in my room a nice touch. The key cards attached to wristbands were very convenient, i did not misplace them.
The food at the buffet was sometimes disappointing. I noticed some food seemed to be recycled from previous meals. The alcoholic cocktails were not good. I think that the spirit and mixers were of poor quality (the cocktails tasted cheap).

a GREAT stay in mallorca
helpful staff excellent breakfast
the rooms were nice and air conditioning worked well. i found the staff friendly and helpful always. breakfast was excellent with a great variety. the cleanliness of the room was exemplary.
the evening entertainment was sometimes too LOUD from nearby bars. it was difficult to sleep before midnight. i wish they had better soundproofing.

the hotel provide lock-ups for bikes and this was really useful for exploring the area. i noticed it was possible to get bikes in the lifts, a very practical solution with cycling equipment. staff were very helpful.

the hotel location allows easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. i appreciated how close it was to the beach front. nearby bike rental shops made it EASY to explore the local cycling routes, that was awesome.

Good hotel for families near the beach
lovely sea view large balcony good choice friendly staff
I enjoyed the location near the beach and shops. My room had a great balcony and sea view. The buffet offered many choices for breakfast and dinner. The staff was always friendly and helpful .
The air conditioning wasn't great. It was definitely noticeable, but it didn't ruin the vacation.

The pool was large and clean. Plenty of loungers were available, so everyone had a spot. There was also day and evening entertainment provided by the hotel staff.

the POOL is large. it includes entertainment and music throughout the day. the splash park looks good too.
the food REALLY isn't four stars. it seemed to be just pasta, bread, and meat.

I found the hotel staff very helpful. the pool and bar areas were clean plus well-decorated. i especially enjoyed the tasty included breakfastwith a huge variety of options. i also appreciated the electric kettle and tea in the hotel room. It added a touch of home.
